Michelle Ellerbe is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Solution Inc. She joined Carolina Solution Inc in 2016, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the fields of behavioral health, home health care, and executive management.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Solution Inc., Michelle guides the strategy and direction of the organization. She is responsible for ensuring that the company’s leadership, talent, and organizational structure can effectively sustain continued expansion, quality of service, and community-based services in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Michelle manages the corporate direction and strategy at Carolina Solution by facilitating company activities in leadership, consulting, marketing, contracts, and expansion. She has worked tirelessly to share Carolina Solution’s strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors.
Since joining Carolina Solution in 2016, Michelle has served in a number of operational and leadership roles, including Organizational Consultant, Quality Assurance Director, and Chief Operating Officer.
While serving as COO, Michelle led the rapid expansion and diversification of services in North Carolina and other states. She was named Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and English Literature from St. Andrews College in 2005. In 2009, she earned a dual Masters from Webster University in Human Resource and Managerial Leadership.
Michelle is an author, life coach, minister, Zumba Instructor, mother, and a grandmother.
